چکیده
Objective: To investigate the correlation between serum secretory frizzled-related protein 5 (SFRP-5) expression levels and insulin resistance glucolipid metabolism in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods: Baseline data were collected from 58 GDM 51 healthy controls who admitted Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University May 2020 to June 2022. sSTRA5 concentrations peripheral blood pregnant women measured, SFRP-5 different types normal analyzed by logistic regression models. Results: The triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C), fasting glucose (FBG), (FINS), hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c), homeostasis model assessment-estimated (HOMA-IR) higher observation group than control group, statistically significant differences (P < 0.05), while high-density (HDL-C) lower 0.05); SFRP-5, TG, TC, FBG, HOMA-IR all risk factors for 0.05). Conclusion: Elevated may be involved regulation body affecting lipid inflammatory response.

Investigating the Relationship between hs-CRP Serum Level and Insulin Resistance (HOMA IR) Six Weeks after Childbirth in Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus
Background: Some patients with GDM (Gestational Diabetes Mellitus) still experience impaired glucose tolerance after childbirth and will be affected by diabetes mellitus type 2. Objectives: The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between hs-CRP serum levels with insulin resistance six weeks after childbirth in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus type 2. Methods: I...
متن کاملPositive Correlation between Enhanced Expression of TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB with Insulin Resistance in Placentae of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus
Insulin resistance (IR) is a critical factor of the pathophysiology of Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Studies on key organs involved in IR, such as livers and adipose tissues, showed that Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) can regulate insulin sensitivity. As a maternal-fetal interface with multi-functions, placentae could contribute to the development of IR for GDM. Thus, we investigated the ex...
متن کاملInsulin resistance and preeclampsia in gestational diabetes mellitus.
OBJECTIVE To compare the degree of insulin resistance in women with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) who do and do not develop preeclampsia. RESEARCH DESIGN AND METHODS We conducted a prospective cohort study of initially normotensive women with GDM who underwent oral glucose tolerance tests (OGTTs), intravenous glucose tolerance tests (IVGTTs), and glucose clamp studies in the early third...

Higher Fetal Insulin Resistance in Chinese Pregnant Women with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus and Correlation with Maternal Insulin Resistance
OBJECTIVE The aim of this study was to determine the effect of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) on fetal insulin resistance or β-cell function in Chinese pregnant women with GDM. MEASUREMENTS Maternal fasting blood and venous cord blood samples (reflecting fetal condition) were collected in 65 well-controlled Chinese GDM mothers (only given dietary intervention) and 83 control subjects. Th...
